Emily is 11 months old! (Or, Emily's Latest and Greatest News)

Emily turned 11 months old today! Wow has the past almost-year flown by. I feel like I'm starting to really get to know Emily, as her personality emerges and forms.

Her latest achievements:
- she is still army crawling, but will occasionally hang out in the table position
- she can now go from crawling to sitting, by pushing her self backwards and onto her bottom
- Emily points at things she sees and wants, and babbles about it
- she says dada, JJ (she'll yell "JJ" at times, when she sees or hears JJ), mama, nana, ese, dis
- she does this "gully-olly" yodel thing with her tongue which cracks me up. Her voice gets really deep when she does it
- she can make her voice high and squeaky or low and deep, depending on what she's saying
- she still likes to snuggle, for a quick minute, then she reaches for something and wants down
- she's not cruising yet, but does like to stand

Emily likes to point at objects that she wants. Ever her fingers are chubby- hee hee.
Emily loves to drink water, out of a sippy cup, glass, or water bottle. She gets upset when she sees a sippy cup and she doesn't get it. One new personality trait is to be upset when she doesn't get what she wants. When she's really upset, Emily will throw her head back and arch her back.
Emily's scrunchy face- she'll huff in and out of her nose while making this face.
Emily loves to play peekaboo, with lids, with tables, with doors, anything available...
even her pants.
Hello baby Emily!
Emily likes to play with my phone.
This is how Emily "talks" on the phone.
Emily pointing at something and telling me about it.
Tim hijacked my photo op. They were looking at my camera before Tim intervened.
Hello again Emily!
Sweetie Emily.
Emily loves her activity table, and is showing her "surprised" face when JJ plays too.
Emily has a hat...
what do you think about that?
Emily crawls through her exersaucer. JJ did the same thing.
Happy 11 months, Emily!
She has some cups.
And she likes to share her cups.

Look at the cute chubbs!
Playing with cups again.
Serious moment.
